How FYP Works

Fill Your Pantry Corvallis is an annual one-day local food event. This year, Fill Your Pantry will be held on Sunday, November 3, 2024 from 12:00 - 3:00 PM in Guerber Hall, at the Benton County Fairgrounds, near 110 SW 53rd Street, Corvallis, Oregon.

How to participate:

1. Pre-order your products online here from September 28 - October 20. You can order from multiple vendors, all in one place. You can even donate at checkout to help fill the pantry of a neighbor in need.
2. Pick up your products at each vendor's store. Bring a list of what you've ordered or grab a list from us when you arrive, then go to each vendor's booth to pick up your pre-ordered items.* 
3. Shop! Most vendors will have additional items for sale that you can purchase, just like at a farmers' market.

No pets are allowed.

*Please reply to your confirmation email to let us know if you will need assistance picking up your items.

Payment Methods:

• Debit/Credit: Preorder online using debit or credit. For event-day sales, visit the FYP table to use credit or debit. Some vendors may also accept credit and debit at their booths for event-day sales.
• SNAP benefits: Preorder online, then bring your Oregon Trail card on event day and visit our EBT machine to purchase your preordered products. For event-day sales, visit the EBT machine.
