Introduced in 1854 at the Paris Exposition. Our seed is sourced from Uprising Seeds. Similar to (but smaller than) the Flageolet Vert (green flageolet). So small, they cook up in 30 minutes without soaking! Uprising Seeds recommends eating them dressed lightly with salt and olive oil. Tasty! We recommend adding them into a vegetable soup as they cook so quickly.
