Cascade Ruby Gold Polenta
Stone-ground whole-grain Cascade Ruby Gold Flint corn coarsely ground specifically for polenta. For easy preparation, use the Carol Deppe cooking method: Bring 3 cups water to a boil, add 1 c polenta, stir constantly at low boil for 7 minutes, remove from heat, cover, set aside for 40 minutes, and serve, or put in baking dish and cool, to be sliced and reheated later.
