Whole-Grain Barley Flour
Stone-milled right on the farm from our own ‘Streaker’ naked barley. Nothing added—nothing removed, so you get all the vitamins and minerals provided by the nutritious parts of the grain (bran and germ). For great flavor and a nutritional boost, use alone in pancakes or cookies, or mix with wheat in bread, cookies, muffins, pancakes, biscuits or tortillas. Grown by Harcombe Farm near Albany using organic methods.
