Stone-milled right on the farm. Nothing added—nothing removed, so you get all the vitamins and minerals provided by the nutritious parts of the rain (bran and germ). For great flavor and a nutritional boost, use alone in pancakes or cookies, or mix with wheat in bread, cookies, muffins, pancakes, biscuits or tortillas. Made from 'Streaker' barley. Grown by Harcombe Farm near Albany using organic methods.
