Maris Widgeon Wheat Berries

A heritage wheat variety hailing from the UK.  A tall, strong stemmed plant growing in popularity has a lovely sweet and nutty grain.  Can be cooked as rice for grain salads, a wonderful addition to soups and stews for sprouted for bread.
