FishDog Farm, Pasture-Raised Freedom Ranger Chicken Stock Bag (~4 lbs.)

Raised outdoors in mobile chicken tractors on fresh pasture, our Freedom Rangers forage freely for bugs and greens, supplemented with a locally milled, non-GMO, soy-free feed and no antibiotics or added hormones.

This active, outdoor life produces a firmer texture, richer color, and deeper flavor than supermarket chicken, especially in the dark meat.

Each stock bag contains ~ 4 lbs. of offcuts, which makes excellent chicken stock for soups, stews, or drinking on its own. Try pouring stock into ice cube trays for "flavor bombs" you can add to rice, roasts, or stir-fry.
