This Heirloom Fig dates back to the Crisp Family Farm once located just 2 miles north of Corvallis off of Hwy 20. My family worked hard to purchase the old homestead in the early 1980s. The homestead still had the original Gravenstein apple orchard and Italian prunes. Near the house was a very old fig tree with the best-tasting flavor figs. We took a cutting and planted it at Midway Farms 16 years ago. Today we enjoy a sweet harvest every fall near the Fall Equinox.

This homemade jelly has sustainably grown heirloom figs, organic cane sugar, organic lime juice & pectin.
