4oz Hex jar ~ Plum Butter with Honey ~ No sugar

This bright, sweet tart plum butter is made with our Sunset plum pluot. The plum is not a free stone, which means the flesh is stuck to the seed. We must remove each seed by hand. It is a project of love. 
We add a touch of organic lemon to keep the beautiful sunset color and a tad of honey to balance the flavor and enhance the  flavor reminiscences of apricot
