Butternut Winter Squash Organic

Medium to large sized fruits (one to two per every 5 pounds). Butternut has a creamy, dense texture that holds its shape very well. The flavor is sweet and nutty but also works great in savory dishes. Try it baked with cheese and leeks (so good). We love this variety because it's more squash than cavity.
