Ingredients: strawberries, apple juice, and pectin. 4 oz. The strawberries were grown without the use of conventional herbicides or pesticides. The sealed jam is shelf stable. Once opened, because there are no preservatives/sugar, it will store in your fridge for about 10 days, like a pint of strawberries.
