Each small batch of this jam is made to taste to achieve the perfect balance of spearmint to strawberry.

We use our Seascape strawberry and spearmint to create this masterpiece. A sweet strong strawberry flavor with that crisp mint on the back of the palette. For this jam, we use organic cane sugar & pectin with our berries. Our Seascape strawberries, like all our products, are grown using organic permaculture methods.
