Field Blend Sourdough is our version of a recipe from Ken Forkish's classic artisan baking book, Flour Water Salt Yeast. It consists of a combination of wheat and rye flours that come together to make a delicious, tangy flavor. All the flours used in this bread come from wheat grown in Oregon.
