Wacky Chocolate Loaf Cake

Wacky cake is a classic Depression Era confection. It is a rich, chocolate cake made with no dairy or eggs, due to food shortages and rationing. The recipe ended up getting passed on even after food shortages because it is a delicious, tender, rich and moist. Everything you want from a chocolate cake with the benefit of being vegan!

Ingredients: water, organic cane sugar, organic refined wheat flour, organic canola oil, organic chocolate chips (cane sugar, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla extract), organic wheat pastry flour, organic cocoa powder, organic vinegar, baking soda, organic vanilla extract, sea salt.
