This dry farmed chickpea (garbanzo bean) is small, firm, and packed with flavor. It's light to dark brown when cooked and is ideal as a vegetarian protein. We love to add it to pasta, salads and sautees. It also makes delicious hummus but it will be darker and less creamy than what you might be used to.
