"Jelly" potatoes, Certified Organic

A German variety, this potato is gold inside and out. Texture is "waxy" which means is has a higher moisture content and mostly stays together when cooked. Oval shaped, medium to large sized tubers. We started growing this potato as a substitute for the sometimes hard to get German Butterball.

Unwashed for best storage conditions.
